IAM Developer |Dutch Speaking

Contract: 12 months (subject to extension).

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Salary: Not a constraint for the right candidate!

Experience: 6-8 years.

Hybrid: Approximately 4 days per week on-site at the Ministry of Defence location in Huis ter Heide

Your Profile & DNA:

We are looking for an experienced IAM Developer to contribute to Identity & Access Management solutions within a complex and security-sensitive environment.

You will work on the development, integration and maintenance of IAM solutions, combining software development with IAM expertise.

The role involves working in both DevOps and project-based environments, with close collaboration across technical teams.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop, integrate and maintain IAM solutions and applications.
• Develop and integrate APIs using .NET, ASP.NET Core, REST and SCIM.
• Develop GUI components using Angular 2+.
• Work with Java and BeanShell, particularly within IAM environments.
• Develop and maintain integrations with databases such as Microsoft SQL Server and MySQL.
• Work with SailPoint and other IAM tooling.
• Contribute to IAM solutions across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Work with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes.
• Design, develop, test and implement software components.

Qualification & Experience

• A Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.
• Demonstrable experience as an IAM Developer / Engineer.
• Strong experience with IAM tooling and concepts.
• Experience with SailPoint development.
• Strong development experience with:
• Java / BeanShell
• .NET / ASP.NET Core
• Angular 2+
• PowerShell
• SCIM / REST APIs
• XML
• Experience with Visual Studio.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and MySQL.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies.
• Experience with Docker and/or Kubernetes.
• Experience working in both DevOps and project-based environments.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum.
• Dutch-speaking and holder of a Dutch passport.
• Willing and able to complete the required security screening.

Preferred experience

• 3+ years of demonstrable experience with development platforms and programming languages including Java, BeanShell, .NET, Angular and PowerShell, specifically within IAM.
• 3+ years of demonstrable experience with IAM concepts, technologies, integrations and system chains across both on-premises and private/public cloud environments.
• Experience within the Dutch Ministry of Defence, central government, or a large corporate organization with 10,000+ employees.
