The Opportunity Sante Recruitment is seeking an experienced
ICU Registrar to join a modern regional public hospital in the
Northern Territory.
This is an excellent opportunity for a doctor seeking to develop their career in

The Role As an ICU Registrar, you will contribute to the delivery of high-quality critical care across a diverse patient population.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Assessment and management of critically unwell patients
- Participation in ICU clinical care and ward-based services
- Working closely with Intensive Care Specialists and multidisciplinary teams
- Management of acute and complex medical presentations
- Participation in clinical handover and multidisciplinary meetings
- Supporting junior medical staff
- Teaching and supervision as appropriate
- Participation in quality improvement and clinical governance activities
- Developing your clinical skills within a structured training environment
The role provides excellent exposure for doctors progressing through
CICM training or considering a future career in Intensive Care Medicine.

International Medical Graduates Welcome The position is open to appropriately qualified International Medical Graduates who meet one of the recognised Australian registration or training pathways.
Applicants May Be Considered If They Are
✔ Registered with AHPRA and have at least 12 months' recent experience
✔ Currently undertaking the CICM training program
✔ Eligible for the Competent Authority Pathway, including doctors from the
UK, Ireland, Canada, USA or New Zealand
✔ An IMG with a CICM interview date
✔ Assessed by CICM as substantially comparable
