Role Description This is a full-time, on-site IELTS Instructor role based in Lahore. The IELTS Instructor will plan and deliver engaging lessons that prepare learners for all components of the IELTS exam (Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking). Daily responsibilities include developing lesson plans, conducting classroom sessions, assessing learner performance, providing targeted feedback, and supporting learners in improving their language skills and exam strategies. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of learner progress, adapting teaching methods to different proficiency levels, and collaborating with colleagues to enhance the overall quality of IELTS preparation programs.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in English Teaching and Teaching English as a Foreign Language.
• Candidates should possess solid expertise in IELTS exam preparation and general Teaching.
• Candidates should possess effective Lesson Planning skills to structure classes and coursework.
• Candidates should possess excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field; relevant teaching certifications (e.g., TEFL/TESOL) are an advantage.
• Prior experience teaching IELTS or other standardized English tests is highly beneficial.
• Ability to manage classrooms, motivate learners, and work collaboratively in an academic environment.
