A fast-growing AI company automating critical workflows for enterprise customers is hiring a Implementation Manager to join a lean, high-impact implementation team. This is new headcount driven by real growth, not backfill.
What you'll own:
- Full technical implementation lifecycle for enterprise customers, from sales handoff through scoping, configuration, testing, and go-live
- Multiple concurrent implementations across product verticals
- Working within the data and API layer, managing integrations and ensuring accurate data migration
- Partnering closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Scoping requirements directly with customers and mapping their workflows into actionable implementation plans
- ~25% travel to customer sites to manage implementations in person
What you'll need:
- 3 to 7 years of experience in implementation engineering, solutions engineering, or technical account management, owning end to end technical implementations for enterprise SaaS customers
- Comfortable working across APIs, system integrations, and configuration heavy platforms
- Track record of driving successful go-lives in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Bonus points for high-growth startup experience, CRM implementation background, or a consulting-to-PM path with strong technical foundations
$150K to $200K base plus competitive equity. On-site in New York City, San Francisco, or Austin. Open to visa transfers (OPT, H1B).
