Engagement Lead – Enterprise Implementation & Deployment (AI SaaS)
📍 New York City, on-site · 💰 $160K–$250K base + equity · Full-time
The company
A high-growth AI company building agentic AI that automates critical workflows across real estate and healthcare. Its AI agents plug into the systems customers already run, so nothing gets ripped out and replaced. It’s backed by a top-tier VC, recently closed a large Series E, has nine-figure ARR that more than doubled last year, and has around 500 people across New York, San Francisco and Toronto. It has an engineering-first culture.
The role
You’ll lead end-to-end enterprise deployments of a new flagship platform product, from kick-off and requirements through configuration, integration, UAT and go-live. Think of it as an ERP-style implementation lead role, but on a modern AI product. You’ll own complex customer stakeholder groups, shape implementation and workflow decisions, and be the bridge between the customer and Product and Engineering, turning what you see in the field into product improvements.
What you’ll do
- Lead multiple enterprise implementations at once, covering scoping, project plans, workstreams, timelines and go-live
- Run workshops with senior customer stakeholders to map current processes and design future-state workflows
- Guide data migration, system integrations (data and API level) and configuration decisions
- Manage risks, escalations and change management through to adoption
- Partner with Product and Engineering to feed customer needs into the roadmap
- Help build repeatable implementation playbooks as the product scales
What we’re looking for
- 3–5 years in implementation, deployment or engagement management at a technology consultancy or enterprise SaaS company
- ERP implementation experience (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Workday, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics), or comparable large-scale enterprise system rollouts
- Big 4 consulting experience (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG) is highly desirable, especially technology, transformation or ERP practices
- Strong programme and stakeholder management with senior, cross-functional groups
- Technically confident: comfortable with data, integrations and APIs, and knowing when to escalate to engineering
- Clear communicator who’s comfortable in front of customers and internal teams
Good to know
- Travel 2–3 times a month (usually day trips)
- Open to visa transfers (OPT, H-1B transfer)
- No relocation support. Candidates need to be NYC-based or already moving there.
