Why join us? 💰 Competitive salary : 70,000 – 80,000 € 🏠 Support in finding accommodation and German language training . 📄 Full relocation assistance, administrative support 📦 The company covers your German tax return for the first year . 📌 Permanent German contract + long‑term projects ⚙️ Team-building activities and regular technical follow‑ups 🌍 Multicultural, inclusive, and innovative environment What you will do Define and maintain Industrial Systems (IS) and Manufacturing Standards across all programs to support business strategy Manage IS and Manufacturing Engineering (ME) requirements for supplier development and supplier onboarding Support supplier selection by assessing industrial capabilities during the Call for Tender (CFT) phase Provide ME expertise for cost reduction , work transfers , new product introduction (NPI) and delivery challenges Lead and coordinate industrialization , cost-saving initiatives and work transfer projects within the Procurement MFT Escalate critical IS/ME operational issues and technical risks to the MFT Drive process improvement and external process optimization initiatives What we’re looking for: Degree in Aerospace, Manufacturing Engineering or a related field Relevant hands-on experience in t echnical documentation / Work preparation / Contract management B2/C1 English Level – mandatory.
