POSITION SUMMARY
HCLTech's Enterprise Transformation Services practice is seeking a seasoned Intelex Solution Architect to join our growing EHS & ESG Center of Excellence. The ideal candidate brings 10–15 years of hands-on experience designing, configuring, and deploying Intelex (EHSQ) solutions across complex enterprise environments — with a strong preference for prior industry exposure in the semi-conductor sector.
In this role, you will serve as the primary technical and functional authority for Intelex-based EHS and ESG transformations, guiding clients through the full solution lifecycle: from requirements discovery and architecture blueprinting through configuration, integration, testing, training, and hypercare. You will also contribute to HCLTech's pre-sales and practice-development activities, helping shape our EHS/ESG solution assets and point of view.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Solution Design & Architecture
• Lead end-to-end architecture design for Intelex EHS/ESG deployments, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with client operating models.
• Translate complex EHS regulatory and ESG reporting requirements into functional Intelex configurations and data models.
• Produce solution design documents, technical specifications, data flow diagrams, and integration architecture artifacts.
• Define governance structures, role hierarchies, and permission models within the Intelex platform.
Implementation & Configuration
• Configure and deploy Intelex modules, including ESG & Sustainability Management, Waste Management, Audit Management, Management of Change, Training Management, Compliance Tracking, and Risk Management.
• Develop custom workflows, forms, dashboards, KPI metrics, and report templates within Intelex.
• Ensure adherence to EHS regulatory frameworks (OSHA, EPA, EU EHS directives) and ESG reporting standards (GRI, SASB, TCFD, CDP).
• Conduct configuration reviews, system testing (SIT/UAT), and defect resolution.
Integration & Data Management
• Architect and implement integrations between Intelex and adjacent platforms including Enhesa, Enablon, SAP EHS, Tririga, and Metrio.
• Design data migration strategies, ETL pipelines, and API-based integrations (REST/SOAP) to enable seamless interoperability.
• Establish master data governance standards for locations, facilities, legal entities, and chemical inventories.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects and IT teams to align Intelex with broader IT landscape (ERP, CMMS, HR systems).
Client Engagement & Delivery
• Act as the primary Intelex subject-matter expert in client-facing workshops, steering committees, and design sessions.
• Manage technical workstream delivery on projects, coordinating with functional consultants, developers, and client SMEs.
• Conduct current-state assessments and gap analyses to develop a prioritised implementation roadmap.
• Support change management activities, including training design, user acceptance testing facilitation, and go-live readiness reviews.
Practice Development & Pre-Sales
• Contribute to proposal development, RFP responses, and solution demonstrations for prospective clients.
• Develop and maintain reusable solution accelerators, templates, and configuration playbooks for the HCLTech EHS/ESG practice.
• Stay current on the Intelex product roadmap, new releases, and industry EHS/ESG regulatory trends; communicate insights internally.
• Mentor junior consultants and provide technical guidance across the EHS/ESG team.
