In the Hospitalist role, you'll provide care in a long-term acute care setting, with a $248,000 base salary and potential up to $20,000 bonus based on quality metrics. The schedule is Monday-Friday with weekend coverage, treating 12-15 patients daily, supported by mid-level providers on weekends.
