This is a 100% outpatient Internal Medicine role with no hospital responsibilities: you focus entirely on building long-term relationships with a diverse adult patient panel, supported by experienced staff and strong specialist referral relationships, without the rounding burden that follows most IM physicians through their careers. COMPENSATION Year one guarantee: $270,000 (12-month base with practice ramp) Established physician range: $270,000 - $380,000 Schedule: 4-day workweek, 36 patient hours per week Call: Shared only, no hospital call requirements PRACTICE DETAILS You will step into a fully established outpatient panel with no hospital responsibilities.
