International Education Consultant (Mandarin-speaking | Hong Kong)

Our client is a fast-growing international education consultancy providing personalized, long-term education planning for students from secondary-school level through postgraduate study.
Its services extend beyond university applications and include academic and personal portfolio development, tutoring, examination and interview preparation, sports and extracurricular planning, and ongoing admissions support.
The company is now looking for a commercially driven education professional to advise Mandarin-speaking families within the Hong Kong market, including families who have recently relocated or are preparing to relocate to Hong Kong.
This is a consultative sales role. You will understand each family’s educational goals, introduce suitable services and guide them through the enrollment decision.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with inbound enquiries and marketing-generated leads through phone, email, WeChat, Xiaohongshu and other channels
- Conduct consultations with parents and students to understand their goals, needs and concerns
- Assess students’ education-planning needs and recommend suitable programs and services
- Explain how academic development, tutoring, test preparation, extracurricular activities and admissions support can contribute to students’ longer-term goals
- Build trust with families and manage the sales process through to enrollment
- Maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Work with marketing colleagues on seminars, school talks, education fairs and other lead-generation activities
- Identify potential partnerships and new ways to engage Mandarin-speaking families in Hong Kong
- Maintain accurate client and sales-pipeline records through the company’s CRM system
Candidate Profile
- Native-level Mandarin and fluent spoken and written English; Cantonese is not required
- Previous experience in education consulting, overseas education, student recruitment, tutoring, test preparation or another relevant consultative sales role
- Sound knowledge of the US and UK education systems and university application processes
- Able to communicate confidently with both parents and students
- Strong consultation, presentation, relationship-building and sales-closing skills
- Commercially motivated, target-driven and attracted by performance-based earnings
- Comfortable conducting consultations through phone, video calls and face-to-face meetings
- Experience with Salesforce or another CRM platform would be an advantage
Candidates currently based in Mainland China are welcome to apply. The employer can sponsor and handle the Hong Kong work-visa application for suitable candidates who are prepared to relocate or commute to Hong Kong.

主要职责
- 跟进市场推广产生的客户咨询及潜在客户
- 通过电话、视频、微信、小红书及面谈等方式与家长和学生沟通
- 评估学生的教育规划需求并推荐合适的服务方案
- 向家庭介绍背景提升、课程辅导、考试及面试准备、课外活动规划和升学申请等服务
- 建立客户信任，跟进销售流程并完成招生及业绩目标
- 配合讲座、学校活动、教育展及其他市场推广工作
- 发掘合作伙伴及新的客户渠道
- 通过CRM系统准确记录客户资料及销售进度
任职要求
- 普通话达到母语水平，英语听说读写流利；无需粤语
- 具备教育咨询、留学规划、学生招生、课程辅导、考试培训或相关咨询式销售经验
- 了解英国及美国教育体系和大学申请流程
- 善于与家长及学生沟通，具备良好的咨询、表达及成交能力
- 目标感和商业意识强，希望通过优秀业绩获得更高收入
- 熟悉Salesforce或其他CRM系统者优先
目前居住在中国内地的候选人亦可申请。客户可为合适人选办理香港工作签证；候选人须愿意迁居香港或跨境通勤工作。
