Role Description

The International Travel Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Alexandria, Egypt. This role is responsible for advising Saudia clients on international travel options, creating tailored itineraries, and managing bookings for flights, hotels, transportation, and car rentals. Daily tasks include handling reservation requests, issuing and modifying tickets, coordinating visa support, and ensuring all travel arrangements meet client preferences and budget.The consultant will respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and provide proactive customer service before, during, and after travel.Collaboration with airlines, hotels, and other partners is essential to secure competitive offers and deliver a smooth travel experience for every client.

Qualifications :

• Strong skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management to design and oversee comprehensive itineraries.
• Experience in Saudi Market is highly beneficial.
• Proficiency with travel booking systems, GDS platforms like Amadeus , and standard office software is a must
• Experience handling Travel Arrangements and Reservations, including flights, hotels, transportation, and car rentals.
• Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to assist clients professionally and resolve issues promptly.
• Knowledge of international travel regulations, documentation, and visa processes.
• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are highly beneficial.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple bookings and deadlines.
• Previous experience in a travel agency or tourism environment is preferred; relevant diploma or degree in tourism, hospitality, or a related field is an advantage.
