Position Highlights
- Opportunity to build and grow a neurointerventional program in a rapidly expanding market
- Perform a full spectrum of neuroendovascular procedures, including:
- Mechanical thrombectomy for acute ischemic stroke
- Intracranial aneurysm treatment
- Arteriovenous malformation (AVM) management
- Carotid and intracranial stenting
- Diagnostic cerebral angiography
- Other advanced cerebrovascular and endovascular interventions
- Collaborative partnership with neurology, neurosurgery, emergency medicine, critical care, and hospital medicine teams
- State-of-the-art imaging and procedural technology
- Participation in quality initiatives and development of stroke and neurovascular protocols
- Opportunity to grow skills in leadership and program development
- MD or DO degree
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology
- Fellowship training in Endovascular Surgical Neuroradiology, Neurointerventional Surgery, or equivalent training
- Active Georgia medical license or ability to obtain
- Experience in comprehensive stroke care and neurovascular intervention preferred
