In this role, you will assist a diverse patient population in restoring optimal physical function and improving their quality of life. Compensation & Benefits Year 1 Base Salary: $500,000 – $550,000 (negotiable based on experience). Income Potential: Expected total take-home income of $750,000 to over $1,000,000 annually. Partnership Track: Clear partnership opportunity for clinicians (may involve a buy-in). Production Incentives: RVU-based bonuses available. Requirements Education & Training: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree (or foreign degree equivalent) required. License/Certifications: Valid and active unrestricted state medical license to practice medicine. Board-Certified (BC) or Board-Eligible (BE). Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Proven ability to perform advanced interventional pain procedures (e.g., spinal cord stimulators, kyphoplasty, SI joint fusion). Deep knowledge of current comprehensive medical evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment plans for acute and chronic pain. #MASC105​
