What You'll Do
📦 Receive, inspect and organize incoming spare parts, tools and inventory
📋 Issue and track parts for service jobs with proper documentation
🖥️ Update stock records and conduct regular stock checks
👋 Attend to walk-in customers and suppliers professionally
📞 Coordinate collections, deliveries and support daily workshop operations
📂 Assist with filing, service reports and administrative duties
We're Looking For Someone Who Is:
✔️ Organized and detail-oriented
✔️ Friendly with good customer service skills
✔️ Comfortable using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
✔️ Able to work in a fast-paced environment
✔️ Experience in inventory, logistics, reception or administration is an advantage
