Selby Jennings is partnering with a Global Middle Market Investment Bank working with founder-led technology companies. They operate at the cutting edge of technology and specialize in enterprise capital transactions and middle-market Internet, software, and consumer technology deals, offering unparalleled exposure to high-growth sectors and hands-on deal execution.

They are looking for an Senior Analyst who will play a critical role in supporting deal execution across technology-driven transactions. Open to H1-B transfer sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the execution of M&A and capital raise transactions in the technology sector.
• Build and analyze financial models, valuation analyses, and industry research.
• Prepare client presentations, pitch materials, and transaction documentation.
• Collaborate closely with senior bankers to manage deal processes end-to-end.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 1 year or more of Investment Banking experience; technology sector experience highly preferred.
• Strong technical and analytical skills; proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
• Exceptional work ethic, intellectual curiosity, and a go-getter attitude.
