Xian Shang Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore-based Single Family Office focused on long-term investment, private wealth management and strategic investment initiatives.

We are looking for an Investment & Investor Relations Manager to join our team in Singapore. This is a hybrid investment and relationship-management role for someone who understands investments and is also capable of building strong relationships with investors, high-net-worth individuals and family offices.

The ideal candidate may come from private banking, wealth management, asset management, family office, investment research or a related financial-services background.

Key Responsibilities

Investment & Portfolio Support

• Monitor existing investments and portfolio performance.
• Conduct company, industry and market analysis.
• Support investment evaluation, financial analysis and valuation.
• Prepare investment reviews and materials to support portfolio decisions.
• Monitor market developments and identify relevant investment opportunities.

Investor Relations & Business Development

• Develop and maintain relationships with accredited investors, HNW/UHNW individuals, entrepreneurs and family offices.
• Identify and develop new prospective investor relationships.
• Build relationships with private banks, EAMs, wealth managers and other strategic partners.
• Arrange and participate in investor meetings and presentations.
• Communicate the firm's investment philosophy and approved investment materials to prospective investors.
• Support investor due diligence, onboarding and ongoing relationship management.
• Develop new capital-raising and strategic partnership opportunities across Singapore and Asia.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should have:

• Relevant experience in financial services, investment or wealth management.
• A good understanding of investments and financial markets.
• Strong communication, relationship-management and business-development skills.
• The ability to work independently and develop long-term client relationships.
• High standards of professionalism, integrity and regulatory awareness.
• Existing relationships with accredited investors, HNW/UHNW individuals, entrepreneurs or family offices would be a strong advantage.
• Experience covering Singapore, Greater China or Southeast Asia would be advantageous.
• Mandarin proficiency would be advantageous for supporting Greater China relationships.

We do not require a fixed minimum number of years of experience. Candidates with strong capabilities, relevant experience and the right network are encouraged to apply.

Compensation & Opportunity

This role provides an opportunity to participate in the long-term development of a Singapore-based family office and its investment platform, with significant scope for growth as the business expands.
