Description
This position is based in New York, US. Visa/work authorization support may be available for qualified candidates.
Our client, a global IT consulting firm supporting large-scale financial institutions, is seeking a bilingual Business Analyst to join their Capital Markets technology team.
In this role, you will work closely with client stakeholders, supporting FX pricing systems used by front-office trading and sales teams. You will play a key role in ensuring system stability, handling production issues, and supporting ongoing enhancements.
This is a client-facing position requiring strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate across global teams.
Job Responsibilities
- Support FX trading and sales users by facilitating front-office FX pricing workflows within a client environment
- Investigate and resolve production incidents, ensuring timely communication and prioritization based on business impact
- Act as a liaison between client users and offshore development teams to coordinate system enhancements and troubleshoot issues
- Participate in system upgrades, including validation, user testing coordination, deployment, and post-release support
Location
New York (Grand Central Area) or Jersey City, NJ
Hybrid: 2–3 days onsite per week

職務内容
・クライアント環境におけるFXプライシングシステムのサポート（トレーディング／セールス向け）
・本番インシデントの調査および対応、ビジネス影響に応じた優先順位付けと迅速な対応
・クライアントユーザーと海外開発チームの橋渡し役として、改善要望や課題の調整
・システムアップグレード対応（検証、ユーザーテスト調整、導入、リリース後サポート）
応募資格
・資本市場またはグローバルマーケット分野での経験3年以上
・クライアント対応、サポート、またはコンサルティング業務経験3年以上
・FX商品（Spot、Swap、Forward）の理解
・日本語・英語ともにビジネスレベル
・SQL、FIXプロトコル、REST APIの経験があれば尚可
・アジャイル開発環境での経験
・KanbanおよびJIRAの使用経験があれば尚可
・高いコミュニケーション能力およびステークホルダー調整力
・自律的かつチームで業務遂行できる方
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Capital Markets or Global Markets environments
- 3+ years of experience in a client-facing, support, or consulting role
- Strong understanding of FX products, particularly Spot, Swap, and Forward
- Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English
- Experience with SQL, FIX protocol, or REST APIs is a plus
- Experience working in Agile environments; familiarity with Kanban methodologies and JIRA preferred
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly motivated, self-directed, and able to work independently and in team environments
