The ideal candidate will have experience managing IT infrastructure and services contracts, supplier relationships, financial governance, and regulatory compliance, with a strong understanding of the DORA Regulation . Responsibilities Manage the full lifecycle of IT Infrastructure and Services contracts. Ensure contractual, financial, operational, and regulatory compliance of critical and key suppliers. Ensure compliance with DORA, ICT outsourcing regulations, third-party risk management, and Compliance requirements. Prepare business cases, financial documentation, and executive reports for approval. Manage supplier relationships, ensuring contractual obligations and service levels are met. Support contract negotiations, renewals, and amendments. Monitor budgets and perform financial control of IT contracts. Maintain audit-ready documentation and evidence for internal and external audits. Work closely with Risk, Compliance, Procurement, and other business stakeholders. Mandatory Requirements Proven experience in IT Contract Management . Experience in Financial Management and Budget Control . Experience preparing business cases and investment proposals. Contract negotiation experience. Knowledge of ICT Outsourcing . Experience in Vendor Management . Knowledge of the DORA Regulation . Experience in Operational Risk Management . Experience preparing evidence for internal and external audits. Experience working with Risk and Compliance teams. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently. Excellent communication skills, proactive mindset, and ability to manage multiple priorities. Nice to Have Knowledge of IT Infrastructure. Experience communicating with executive stakeholders.
