What is this challenge about
- Explore, design, and implement AI agents and solutions applied to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), focusing on increasing efficiency and quality in software development.
- Rethink and challenge current engineering processes, contributing to the evolution of an AI-driven model from conception to software delivery and maintenance.
- Support engineering teams in adopting AI tools for code development, promoting their integration throughout the entire SDLC.
- Define and implement best practices, technical standards, and security requirements for using AI within the context of software development.
- Contribute to the design of technical architectures that integrate AI into the development life cycle, ensuring robustness, governance, and compliance.
- Work with frameworks, SDKs, and low-code/no-code platforms, evaluating their impact and value in the software development context.
- Act as a senior technical reference, supporting their own and other teams in making technical decisions and solving complex AI-related challenges.
- Collaborate with various engineering teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment between platforms, processes, and technological goals.
- Actively contribute to building and evolving AI agents oriented toward development and engineering, focused on code productivity, quality, and security.
What we are looking for
- 5+ years of software development experience in large-scale, high-availability production environments.
- Full-stack experience in backend and frontend technologies, with the ability to adapt to different stacks.
- Deep understanding of the end-to-end software development life cycle (SDLC).
- DevOps culture and continuous integration mindset, specifically experience in defining and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
- Active hands-on experience using AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) to boost productivity.
- Technical leadership capabilities, guiding engineering teams, conducting code reviews, mentoring junior and senior profiles, and actively participating in architectural and technological decisions.
- Ability to establish engineering best practices, design patterns, and testing standards (unit, integration, e2e), ensuring consistency and quality across teams.
- Capability to translate business requirements into pragmatic technical solutions.
- Effective communication skills with non-technical stakeholders, product managers, and designers, serving as a bridge between product vision and technical execution.
