IT & Infrastructure Engineer (Global Recruitment / Relocation to Japan)

We are hiring for two distinct career paths within our engineering ecosystem:

• Development of industrial and automotive systems.
• Implementation of AI, Generative AI, and Chatbot applications.
• Cloud migration and Digital Transformation (DX) from on-premise environments.
• Implementation and consulting for ERP packages (Oracle ERP Cloud, SAP).

• Construction of Linux servers and virtualized environments (Containers).
• Cloud operation, maintenance, and design (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Network maintenance for major energy and aviation enterprises.

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven hands-on experience in IT (Software Development or Infrastructure).
• Language Proficiency: JLPT N2 (Advanced Japanese / Business Fluency) is mandatory. Candidates with only basic Japanese or English-only profiles will not be considered.
• Commitment to Relocation: Genuine intention and commitment to relocate and build a long-term career in Japan (minimum of 5 years).
• Education: High School Diploma, Technical Degree, Technologist Degree, Bachelor’s, or Postgraduate Degree.

• Monthly Salary: ¥230,000 to ¥615,000 JPY (commensurate with skills and experience).
• Salary Reviews & Bonuses: Annual salary review in July, plus bi-annual bonuses (equivalent to approximately 4 months of salary based on the previous year's average).
• Overtime Pay: 100% paid (calculated minute by minute) with a very low average of overtime hours (approx. 11.4 hours/month).
• Working Hours: 09:00 to 18:00 (8 hours/day).
• Probationary Period: 2 months.

• Subsidized Corporate Housing (Major Benefit): TechnoPro offers a corporate housing system. The company covers the majority of the rent, leaving the employee with a minimal contribution of only ¥20,000 to ¥30,000 JPY per month.
