Your Key Responsibilities Ensure and continuously improve reliability and availability of IT-Systems as assigned. Create capacity forecasts, calculate technical requirements and process sizing requests for life-cycles or expansions. Participate in the design of global concepts, processes and service improvements, and participate in relevant projects. Monitor, analyze and resolve performance issues, install and configure IT systems, software, firmware, etc.. Document and report on service quality, availability, reliability, compliance and security. Provide 1st and 2nd level support, support local users in resolving incidents and problems, in line with ITIL standard.
