Your Mission
Provide expert support on products and services with focus on customer satisfaction
Communicate via phone, email, and chat
Resolve inquiries using internal knowledge bases and standard processes
Navigate CRM and ticketing tools effectively
Hit performance targets (call handling time, resolution rate, customer happiness)
Share feedback with the team and stay up to date through training
