Passengers who believe their rights, under the regulation, have not been respected should contact the body in the country where the incident took place. Manage these situations with these agencies before going to court Non-voice project, only email & Chat What Were Looking For: Fluency in Italian (C1 level or above) and advance in English. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Prior experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
