What You'll Be Doing As a Content Moderator , your role will be essential in helping create a safer online environment. You will review and assess content according to internal policies and platform standards, making thoughtful and accurate decisions every day. Your work will help maintain quality, trust, and safety across digital platforms used by millions of people. Work Schedule This is a full-time on-site role in Porto with rotational shifts: 07:00 – 16:00 14:00 – 23:00 22:30 – 07:30 Schedule: Monday to Sunday, rotating shifts Salary & Benefits Base salary: €1000 gross/month x 14 salaries Meal allowance: €7.63 per working day Health insurance from day 1 (employee contribution applies; free after 6 months of contract) Relocation Support If you are moving from outside Portugal , the company offers: Shared accommodation for up to 12 months Details to be discussed during the interview process No flight ticket included Please note: relocation support inside Portugal is only available for Tier 1 languages, so it does not apply to Italian-speaking roles .
