Your Role

As a Sales Specialist, you will help customers discover relevant products or services while creating a professional and engaging experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Communicating with prospective and existing customers
• Understanding customer needs and identifying suitable solutions
• Presenting products or services clearly and confidently
• Identifying sales opportunities and working toward commercial targets
• Handling customer questions and objections professionally
• Building positive relationships with customers
• Following up on opportunities when required
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
• Working according to established sales, quality, and compliance procedures
• Contributing to the overall performance and success of the sales team

• Native Italian & B1+ English
• Communicate confidently and naturally with different types of people
• Have a customer-focused and commercially minded approach
• Are persuasive without being pushy
• Enjoy working toward measurable goals
• Can listen carefully and understand what customers actually need
• Are proactive, resilient, and comfortable handling objections
• Learn quickly and adapt well to new products and processes
• Have previous sales, business development, customer service, or similar experience — an advantage, but not necessarily a requirement

Compensation

Local candidates: €1,251.84 gross/month

Including:

Base salary
