Key Responsibilities Customer Contact: Handle inbound requests via phone, email, and chat , and log cases accurately in CRM tools Customer Satisfaction: Keep users informed on order status and resolutions Post-Sales Support: Support delivery, refund, and warranty queries professionally Inbound Sales: Help customers choose the right products/services and increase revenue Target Achievement: Meet/exceed quarterly sales goals while maintaining excellent service quality CRM & Order Management: Maintain accurate customer data and follow compliance standards Requirements Native Italian English B2 Strong communication and interpersonal skills Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools Customer service experience preferred Sales background is a strong plus Availability for rotational shifts: Monday to Saturday, 08:00–19:00 Schedule Rotational shifts (Mon–Sat, 08:00–19:00) Days off: Sunday + 1 rotating day per week Salary & Benefits Base salary: €1,024 gross/month x 14 salaries/year Performance bonus: up to €225 gross/month Meal allowance: €7.23 per working day (meal card) Health insurance: from day one (free after 6 months) Contract: initial 6 months, strong potential for renewal Relocation Support (Moving to Portugal) For candidates relocating from outside Portugal : Shared accommodation provided (up to 12 months) (details discussed during the interview) No flight ticket provided Work Location / Lifestyle You'll work remotely from Portugal while enjoying life in Lisbon : international community, vibrant culture, and strong career opportunities in the tech sector.
