About the Role

Full-time roles are eligible for a sign-on bonus (available through September 30, 2026). Bonus amount is based on FTE.

Qualifications

Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
Active Indiana Registered Nurse (RN) license or active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license
Graduate of a nationally accredited nursing program
Minimum of one year of acute care bedside nursing experience
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
Additional advanced certifications may be required based on specialty and department
Willingness to relocate to Indiana

Preferred Skills

These positions currently qualify for a new hourly wage differential in addition to standard shift and holiday differentials. Additional details will be discussed during the interview process.
