🔹 Job Description

As a Java Full Stack Developer with AI Integration, you will design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications and microservices using Java, Spring Boot, React, Angular, and modern AI technologies. You will contribute throughout the full software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and optimization, while helping build intelligent applications powered by Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

Full Stack Development

• Develop scalable web applications using Java 8/17, Spring Boot, SQL, NoSQL, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Angular 2+, React.js, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following industry best practices.
• Conduct testing to ensure application quality, performance, and reliability.
• Perform code reviews to maintain consistency and code quality standards.
• Participate in Agile Scrum teams and contribute throughout the development lifecycle.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for applications, APIs, and deployment procedures.
• Deploy and support production applications, including CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, observability, security, and performance optimization.
• Stay current with emerging Java and full-stack development technologies.

AI Integration

• Design and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines using Spring AI and LangChain4j.
• Integrate vector databases to support AI-powered search and retrieval capabilities.
• Research and implement best practices for chunking, embeddings, retrieval optimization, reranking, and LLM-powered applications.
• Contribute to the development of intelligent agents and AI-driven solutions.

✅ Requirements

• Experience with Java and JavaScript programming.
• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Strong foundation in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Knowledge of data structures such as Collections, Maps, Lists, and Sets.
• Familiarity with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Basic SQL query-writing skills.

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 0–1 year of practical Java development experience.
• Experience with Spring Framework, Maven, React.js, HTML, and CSS.
• Familiarity with technologies such as Tomcat, RabbitMQ, and WebLogic.
• Basic understanding of AI and Large Language Model (LLM) concepts.
• Experience with Spring AI or LangChain4j.
• Experience building RAG applications or working with vector databases.
