Your 5 key responsibilities: Team Management: Supervise a team of content moderators, ensuring the review and moderation of user-generated content (text, images, videos) on the platform. Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor team performance against KPIs, addressing any shortfalls and ensuring targets are met. Coaching & Development: Coach, motivate, and develop Advisors, providing continuous skill development and career growth opportunities.
