About the Role

You will join a small engineering team building AI powered backend systems for a healthcare technology company focused on streamlining administrative workflows and rapid customer onboarding. The role sits at the core of our platform, ensuring secure and reliable processing of data at scale.

What You'll Do

Architect and deploy AI native backend systems that process high volume data via APIs.
Collaborate on product iterations by integrating direct customer feedback.
Build reliable infrastructure capable of handling clinical information and ensuring compliance.
Own and evolve critical backend components and scale to support growth.
Contribute to system design to improve onboarding speed and robustness.

What We're Looking For

0 1 years of professional backend software development experience
Proficiency in Python
Infrastructure as code experience with Terraform or similar tools
Understanding of prompt engineering
Strong GitHub contributions and active coding practice
Currently employed in a role at an established company
Willingness to work in person five days per week in the primary location
Interest in building impactful products in healthcare
Experience with distributed systems concepts and writing testable, maintainable code
Familiarity with containerization or cloud platforms is a plus
