Junior Contractor Relationship Management (SQM), Timisoara

As part of this project and a new team, your role as a Junior Buyer CRM will be to build and co-manage a strong relationship with our client organization and perform based on defined SLA and KPIs, within energy and utility client industry.

*Working days- Sunday to Thursday 07:00 AM-04:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Support for Contractor Qualification - Coordinate end-to-end qualification through a single database Ariba SLP, collect and verify documentation per internal procedures, update qualification status in systems
• Information Security & Due Diligence - Coordinate information security assessments, verify contractor history and due diligence in Dow Jones and Rystad Energy Analytics or any other solution used by the company, conduct due diligence per internal procedures, escalate non-compliances and document results
• Contractor re-qualification - monitor validity and proactively conduct re-qualification
• Contractors' management - coordinate various Contractor categories to ensure accuracy, validity, and timely updates (e.g., strategic Contractors).
• Contractor Performance Evaluation - coordinate Contractor Performance annual program
• Contractors’ analytics - coordinate and oversee various analyses related to Contractors, including performance, compliance, and financial evaluations, snapshots ensuring consistency and alignment with organizational standards.
• Perform reporting activities in accordance with established process requirements: qualification reports, assessment documentation, communication logs, dashboards

What will you bring?

• Good English language skills, written and conversational;
• Basic Orientation in S2P operations, Procurement processes;
• Typing / MS Office/ Key-boarding skills;
• Experience of working on SAP ECC6/ 4HANA, or Oracle, or ARIBA, or COUPA;
• Experience of working with SharePoint for collaborative work and for documentation

Nice to have & Trainable Skills:

• Exposure to procurement operations (3-5 years);
• Neutral Voice and Accent and call management;
• Procurement domain knowledge and industry skills.
