As part of this project and a new team, your role as a Supplier Qualifications Junior Buyer with French will be to build and co-manage a strong relationship with our client organization and perform based on defined SLA and KPIs, within energy and utility client industry. ͏ Responsibilities: Support to Supplier - Onboarding suppliers, supplier follow up, Questionnaire analysis, Questionnaire award; Support to Category/ users, Anti-bribery compliance watch; Assist suppliers during their onboarding process in ARIBA platform; Performs financial analysis and reporting activities in accordance with established process requirements. ͏ What will you bring? Good English and French language skills, written and conversational; Basic Orientation in S2P operations, PR/ PO processes; Typing / MS Office/ Key-boarding skills; Experience of working on SAP, or Oracle, or ARIBA, or COUPA; Nice to have & Trainable Skills: Exposure to procurement operations (2 years); Neutral Voice and Accent and call management; Procurement domain knowledge and industry skills. ͏ Benefits for working with us: The chance to work for Top Employer 2024!
