- Participate in paid immersive training (3-4 months) to build in-demand technical skills from the ground up.
- Gain real-world experience through two years of client project engagement.
- Receive mentorship and instruction from Senior Engineers in a hands-on learning environment.
- Develop expertise in technologies such as Relational/Non-Relational Databases, APIs, Python, Pandas, Snowflake, Docker, Airflow, Apache Spark, and Machine Learning.
- Navigate corporate culture and support your growth with a dedicated manager.
- Willingness to relocate anywhere in the continental United States.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Programming experience (6+ months) from academic, personal, or professional work, with recent activity (within last 3 months).
- A recent STEM degree (Computer Science, IT, Engineering) OR 12+ months professional work experience in finance, healthcare, banking, insurance, hospitality, aviation, or tech.
- Passion for learning, strong logic, reasoning skills, clear communication, and a team-oriented mindset.
- Paid training at $600/week and an hourly pay rate of $24.04 - $28.85 (~$50k-$60k annually).
