Roles & Responsibilities: Assist in the design and development of new tools, jigs, and fixtures based on engineering specifications and production requirements. Support the modification and improvement of existing tools and fixtures to enhance efficiency and product quality. Conduct basic analysis of tool and fixture performance, identifying areas for optimization. Collaborate with senior engineers and manufacturing teams to understand tooling needs and troubleshoot issues. Maintain accurate documentation of tool designs, specifications, and maintenance records. Participate in the inspection and quality control of manufactured tools and fixtures. Adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards within the manufacturing facility. Assist in the procurement and inventory management of tooling components. The Ideal Candidate: Candidate having sound knowledge in Tool & fixtures with good knowledge of GD&T Required Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment, preferably with exposure to tooling. Basic understanding of CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD,UNGX). Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as machining, fabrication, and assembly. Familiarity with various types of tools, jigs, and fixtures. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
