Junior Graphic Designer - 4,000 AED per month - Dubai based - Children's Entertainment company

We are looking for a creative and motivated Junior Graphic Designer with strong graphic design fundamentals and a basic understanding of AI-powered design tools.

The successful candidate will support the creation of engaging visual content across digital, social media, marketing, branding and promotional materials. This role would suit someone who has hands-on graphic design experience and is interested in developing their skills in AI-assisted content creation and modern design technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality graphic designs for social media, websites, marketing campaigns, presentations and promotional materials.
• Develop social media posts, digital advertisements, banners, brochures, flyers and other branded content.
• Support the development and maintenance of company brand guidelines and visual identity.
• Use AI-powered tools to assist with image creation, concept development, content generation and design enhancement.
• Work with tools such as ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Canva AI or similar AI platforms.
• Edit and enhance images, photography and digital assets.
• Produce creative concepts based on marketing briefs and campaign requirements.
• Resize and adapt artwork across different digital and print formats.
• Work closely with marketing, social media and management teams to deliver creative content.
• Assist with basic video editing, reels and motion graphics where required.
• Stay updated with current graphic design, social media and AI creative trends.
• Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines.
• Ensure all creative output maintains a consistent and professional brand image.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Graphic Design, either professionally, freelance or through a strong portfolio.
• Degree, diploma or relevant qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design or a related field preferred.
• Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Experience with Canva and other digital design platforms.
• Basic understanding or practical experience using AI design and content-generation tools.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, branding, colour and visual composition.
• Ability to create content specifically for Instagram, LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop new concepts and ideas.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating previous graphic design work.

Advantageous Skills

• Basic video editing using Premiere Pro, CapCut or similar software.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects or motion graphics.
• Experience generating and refining AI imagery.
• Understanding of prompt creation for AI image-generation platforms.
• Photography or photo-retouching experience.
• Basic understanding of website graphics and UI design.
• Experience designing content for paid social media advertising.

I have a salary budget of 4,000 AED per month + medical + visa.
