About the Role
Join the R&D team at a Series A robotics startup building software for AI-driven robots in production environments. You'll work across the robotics stack to help deliver systems that perform reliably in real-world settings.
What You'll Do
Coordinate real-time robot software, motion-planning optimization, and machine learning pipelines across multiple platforms.
Build and maintain data-labeling interfaces, perception systems, and compilers for robot intelligence.
Work across firmware, robotics software, and cloud infrastructure to address high-priority technical challenges.
Collaborate with teammates to design, build, and ship integrated robotics systems.
Deploy software in customer facilities and improve robotic performance in production.
What We're Looking For
One to three years of software engineering experience in robotics, automation, or embedded systems.
Strong Python skills and programming fundamentals; experience with TypeScript and React is a plus.
Hands-on experience building and shipping software for physical robotic systems, such as robotic arms, manipulation systems, or autonomous hardware.
Experience with hardware and software integration and a broad understanding of robotics systems.
Familiarity with technologies such as ROS, C/C++, Docker, Kubernetes, and systemd.
A bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, robotics, or a related engineering field.
Comfort working in a fast-moving environment, taking ownership, and shifting focus as priorities evolve.
