Hiring: Junior Sales Executive – CTRM & Microsoft Dynamics ERP

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Sales Executive to support business development for Commodity Trading & Risk Management (CTRM) and Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions within the Oil & Gas sector.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to build a career in enterprise software sales while working with leading commodity trading, refining, and energy companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities within the Oil & Gas and commodity trading sectors.
• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to build a strong sales pipeline.
• Schedule client meetings and product demonstrations for the senior sales team.
• Understand client requirements and assist in positioning CTRM and Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Attend client meetings and industry events as required.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in Enterprise Software, ERP, SaaS, or IT Solutions.
• Exposure to the Oil & Gas, Commodity Trading, or ERP industry is an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a passion for sales and achieving targets.
• Ability to quickly learn complex software solutions and effectively communicate their business value.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or CRM systems is a plus.
• Willingness to travel within the UAE when required.

Working Schedule

🗓️ Monday to Friday (1st & 3rd Saturdays working)

🕘 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
