Job Description We are looking for confident, motivated, and talented Russian-speaking Telesales Executives to join our winning team in Dubai. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Promote and sell exciting new property investment opportunities to potential clients. Manage and engage with a highly qualified database of subscribers and leads. Handle inbound enquiries generated through marketing campaigns. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients. Understand customer requirements and provide suitable investment solutions. Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. Desired Skill & Expertise Requirements Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or sales is preferred. Fluent in Russian and English (spoken and written). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Confident telephone manner with strong interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Real estate or property investment experience is an advantage.
