Junior Sous Chef - Sushi

Fundamental Hospitality is looking to hire an experienced Junior Sous Chef - Sushi to join our team at KIGO in Dubai. Requirements: Minimum of 6 years of authentic sushi preparation experience in high-end Japanese restaurants.
