We are looking for a talented Operator Key Account Manger for our Mobile Experience team in our Qatar office. In this role, you will will be responsible for developing and scaling the Samsung Mobile business through the Operator channel.

How You Will Make An Impact:

• Develop partnerships and strengthen operator relationships with Ooredoo Qatar and Vodafone Qatar at commercial, marketing, and senior leadership levels.
• Ownership of listing all Samsung MX product portfolio (Smartphones, Tablets, Wearables) within the Ooredoo and Vodafone Qatar operator roadmaps.
• Develop Go-to-Market jointly with both operators on new product launches, ensuring Samsung secures hero positioning at launch.
• Oversee all ATL, Online, BTL and retail executions based on agreed Go-to-Market plans across Ooredoo and Vodafone Qatar touchpoints.
• Operator channel pipeline management (Sell-in, Sell-thru, Sell-out) for both Ooredoo and Vodafone Qatar.
• Managing operator unique sell-out programs (develop, execute, monitor, evaluate, modify) including device subsidies, postpaid bundles, trade-in, and installment plans.
• Manage operator PSI (Purchase, Sales, Inventory) and SCM coordination to ensure healthy stock levels and minimize aging across both operator warehouses.
• Monitor and analyze Qatar telecom market dynamics, operator industry shifts (5G rollout, eSIM adoption, FWA, FTTH bundling), and competitor (Apple, Xiaomi, Huawei, Honor) trends within the operator channel.
• Negotiate quarterly and annual joint business plans (JBPs) with Ooredoo and Vodafone Qatar, including volume commitments, marketing investment, and exclusivity windows.
• Report internally on regular intervals (weekly sell-out, monthly business review, quarterly JBP review) to promote visibility on Qatar operator business to SGE and HQ stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar Communications Regulatory Authority (CRA) requirements and local commercial regulations in all operator activities.

What You’ll Need:

• 8+ years of extensive experience in Telecom business, ideally with direct exposure to GCC operators.
• Post Graduate degree in Business Management, Marketing, Engineering or related field is an advantage.
• Ability to perform and work under different conditions and a team player.
• Existing relationships with Ooredoo Qatar and/or Vodafone Qatar commercial and marketing teams is a strong plus.
• Understand Telecom dynamics in Qatar/GCC (postpaid vs prepaid mix, device financing schemes, 5G monetization, FWA bundling) and derive quick solutions.
• Good networking with the local industry in Qatar (retail partners, distributors, media agencies).
• Extensive sales thinking and pro-active mindset.
• Strong accounts management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects across two operator accounts simultaneously.
• Self-starter being able to work under minimum supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word is a must.
• Arabic and English fluency is mandatory.
