Job Description Job Descriptions a) Student age: 2~6 b) Class size: Around 22 kids c) Working hours: Mon. To Fri. Weekends off. 8:00am-12:00am 1:30pm-5:30pm d) Class teaching , preparation and related work e) Attend weekly meeting, training, school activities,workshop and do paper work required f) Engaging in student activities and taking care of children during classes g) Parents meetings h) Maintain good relationship with class members and their parents Requirements Qualifications: a) Native English Speaker from: US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland or South Africa b) Major in early childhood education or other related field preferred c) Two years kids teaching experience strongly preferred, TESOL certification is a plus d) Age between 22-40 e) Can apply Chinese Z visa in English teaching position f) Passion in education and be capable of motivating students and helping shape their futures g) Ability to work well on a team with others h) Ability to differentiate implementation of curriculum Benefits Compensation a) Basic Salary: 16,000~22,000 RMB/month after Tax b) Monthly accommodation allowance: 2,000 RMB/month c) Monthly performance bonus: 2,000 RMB/month d) Commercial and accident Insurance provided e) 13 Public holidays off annually f) 4-6 weeks each winter and summer vacation - 5 days full paid summer holiday and 5 days full paid winter holiday - increase 5 days per year g) 10 days 50% paid sick leave h) Overtime of 8 hours in a month will be compensated with 1 days paid leave i) Training and professional development j) Free meals during working days k) Legal work visa provided l) Airport pickup and apartment renting assistance provided
