We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Steward to support our production team in a high-volume food manufacturing environment.
The role is focused on maintaining excellent hygiene standards, supporting kitchen and production operations, cleaning equipment and work areas, and ensuring the facility remains organised, safe and ready for production.
- Clean and sanitise kitchen, production and storage areas
- Wash and maintain utensils, equipment, containers and production tools
- Support production preparation when required
- Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and food safety
- Follow HACCP procedures and company cleaning schedules
- Handle waste correctly and keep work areas organised
- Assist with receiving, moving and storing materials
- Support the production team during high-volume operations
- Report hygiene, maintenance or safety issues immediately
- Previous experience as a Kitchen Steward in a high-volume kitchen, hotel, catering operation or food production facility
- Good knowledge of HACCP and food hygiene standards
- Experience working in a fast-paced, large-volume environment
- Physically fit and comfortable with standing, lifting and repetitive work
- Reliable, punctual and detail-oriented
- Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Basic English communication skills
