Our top tier law firm client is looking for a Knowledge Management Lawyer to join its national corporate team in Sydney or Melbourne.
This is an exciting opportunity for a lawyer who enjoys working in a high-performing legal environment but is ready to move beyond billable hours and help shape the future of legal service delivery.
Working closely with the mergers and acquisitions and capital markets team, you will combine your technical legal expertise with knowledge management, generative AI and emerging legal technology.
You’ll help lawyers access high-quality, current and practical resources while supporting the responsible adoption of tools that improve efficiency and deliver greater value to clients.
The role will involve:
The role is available on a full-time or part-time basis, with flexibility to discuss arrangements that support your circumstances. Allens’ hybrid working structure typically involves 60% in the office and 40% working from home.
The position is suited to an Australian-admitted lawyer, or a UK lawyer in Australia requiring sponsorship, with at least three years’ post-qualification experience, particularly in M&A and capital markets.
Experience with legal technology, training, change management or innovation would be valuable, yet not essential.
