(Taking extra shifts is mandatory) as the dept is only 6-7 people DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Host live casino games for Korean-speaking players in a professional and engaging manner Present games clearly while following company procedures and gaming standards Deliver an excellent player experience through confident communication and presentation skills Maintain game accuracy, integrity and compliance with operational guidelines Work closely with supervisors and studio teams to ensure smooth game operations Participate in paid training and continuously develop product knowledge and presentation skills Meet quality standards and KPI targets while maintaining a high level of professionalism. REQUIREMENTS: Native/fluent in Korean, both oral and written. Fluent in English Confident, professional and customer-oriented presentation skills Willingness to relocate to Armenia Available to work 12-hour rotating day and night shifts (2 days on / 2 days off) Positive, pro-active approach to work, with a flexible can-do attitude A sense of responsibility and aspire to be the best at what you do Being a mature and hardworking individual who works well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
