Description: STG is a SEI CMMi Level 5 company with several Fortune 500 and State Government clients. STG has an opening for Kronos Developers with Boomi Integration Experience.

Please note that this project assignment is with our own direct clients. We do not go through any vendors. STG only does business with direct end clients. This is expected to be a long-term position. STG will provide immigration and permanent residency sponsorship assistance to those candidates who need it.

Experience Required:

• Boomi Professional Integration Developer certification, or current equivalent Boomi integration certification.
• UKG Pro WFM Integration Developer certification, or current equivalent UKG integration certification.
• 3+ years of hands-on Boomi development experience.
• 3+ years of experience developing or supporting UKG Pro, UKG Dimensions, Kronos Workforce Central, or comparable workforce-management integrations.
• Design and develop scalable integrations using Boomi, including process shapes, connectors, maps, business rules, cross-reference tables, profiles, extensions, and reusable subprocesses. Build and maintain UKG Pro WFM integrations using available UKG APIs, web services, XML interfaces, secure file transfer, database connectivity, and approved enterprise integration patterns.
• Integrate UKG with systems such as Workday, SAP, payroll providers, scheduling and timekeeping platforms, reporting platforms, data hubs, and other downstream applications. Translate functional and technical requirements into interface designs, field mappings, transformation logic, validation rules, error handling, and operational runbooks.
• Develop integrations for employee/person data, organizational structures, jobs, labor levels, certifications, schedule groups, time data, payroll exports, and related workforce-management processes.
• Implement robust logging, reconciliation, restartability, alerting, exception handling, and audit controls for business-critical interfaces.
• Perform unit, system, integration, regression, performance, and user-acceptance testing; create test data and resolve defects through deployment.
• Troubleshoot production failures, including file-processing issues, API errors, data-quality problems, scheduling failures, duplicate records, and downstream processing exceptions. Participate in code reviews and enforce naming, documentation, security, testing, and deployment standards.
• Collaborate with UKG functional leads, payroll and timekeeping SMEs, enterprise architects, security teams, data engineers, QA teams, and vendor partners.
• Contribute to the modernization of legacy Kronos and point-to-point integrations as GM expands UKG Pro WFM globally.
• Demonstrated experience designing integrations from requirements through production support.
• Strong knowledge of REST and SOAP web services, XML, JSON, CSV, SFTP, HTTPS, OAuth, certificates, and secure data exchange.
• Experience with Boomi Process Reporting, Atom Management, environment extensions, certificates, deployment packages, and promotion across environments.
• Experience with data transformation, mapping, document splitting, routing, looping, batching, caching, lookups, and exception handling in Boomi.
• Experience working with relational databases and SQL, including queries used for validation, staging, reconciliation, and operational support.
• Ability to analyze complex workforce data and resolve issues involving effective dates, employee status, organizational hierarchy, labor levels, schedules, pay rules, and time records. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to both technical and business audiences.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global implementation and support environment.
