Key Requirements Experience: Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in a similar customer advisor, support, or client-facing role is strictly required. Language Proficiency: Native or professional bilingual fluency in both German and Dutch (written and spoken) is mandatory. Work Schedule Flexibility: Total readiness to operate within a 24/7 rotative shift system. Shifts are structured as 7 hours and 30 minutes of active work, with a designated 30-minute lunch break. Documentation: Applicants must provide a valid Reference Letter from their previous employer and a comprehensive Cover Letter upon submission to be considered workable. Interview Protocol: It is an absolute must to undergo a formal video interview and provide formal proof of the video interview process. Work Model & Contract Structure Training Phase: The first month consists of intensive, fully on-site training in Ghent to ensure your absolute success. Hybrid Framework: Following the successful completion of the first month, the role transitions to a strict hybrid model allowing ONLY 1 day a week remote work (not 2 or 3 days). Contract Evolution: To ensure mutual alignment, the contract is structured initially as a temporary 1-3-6 month contract. Hybrid-Modell: Nach dem ersten Monat ist mobiles Arbeiten für maximal 1 Tag pro Woche erlaubt (nicht 2 oder 3 Tage). Vertragsbedingungen: Die Anstellung erfolgt zunächst über einen befristeten Vertrag von 1-3-6 Monaten.
