Lab Tester & Perfumer Specialist - Arabic Speaking Required

Role Overview :

Are you a passionate frangrance specialist with exceptional olfactory skills and strong technical expertise? Dr Scent is looking for a talented Perfumer to join our team at the Head Office / leading scent formulation, driving R&D innovation, and overseeing lab operations to support our growing global presence.

What You'll Do

Create and refine innovative fragrance formulations, from concept to final specs.

Oversee laboratory operations, raw material quality control, and multi-site inventory.

Research and implement emerging scent technologies (e.g., Encapsulation, ActiMoods).

Engage directly with key suppliers and clients on bespoke fragrance projects.

Lead new product launches and deliver technical training to sales teams and international agents.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Perfumery, or a related field.

Proven track record as a Perfumer with lab/operations experience.

Highly developed olfactory sense and creative formulation talent.

Strong organizational skills and technical expertise in aroma compounds.

Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory (spoken & written).

Flexibility for frequent domestic and international travel.
