Landscaping Installation Foreman

People Solutions Center is seeking a Landscaping Installation Foreman for our client, Naylor Landscape Management. This is a Foreman-level leadership role offering a starting pay of $26-$34 an hour plus a $3,000 Sign-On Bonus + Profit Sharing. Naylor Landscape Management is a family-owned company serving Southwest Michigan for over 30 years, headquartered in Kalamazoo, MI. Our Landscaping Installation Foreman will help deliver high-end residential projects including patios, fire features, outdoor kitchens, lighting, water features, and more. What You'll Do Lead and work alongside a small installation crew Build high-quality hardscape and landscape projects Read and interpret landscape plans and blueprints Coordinate materials and job site logistics Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards Communicate with clients, project managers, and team members What We're Looking For 1+ year leading a landscape installation crew 3+ years of landscape construction/install experience Ability to read blueprints and site plans Experience operating landscape construction equipment and truck/trailer combinations CDL-A preferred (or ability to obtain within 60–90 days) Spanish/English bilingual skills are a plus If you're a hands-on leader who takes pride in craftsmanship and wants to grow with a respected, family-owned company, we'd love to hear from you.
