Job Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support to Japanese-speaking customers
• Handle both Voice and Non-Voice customer service processes
• Assist customers via Phone, Chat, and Email
• Resolve customer queries efficiently and accurately
• Deliver an excellent customer experience
• Maintain high standards of service quality and professionalism
• Work closely with a dynamic and multicultural team

Requirements

• Fluent Japanese communication skills (JLPT N2/N1 preferred)
• Good command of English
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable working in both Voice and Non-Voice processes

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
