Lead Advent Geneva Developer

We are seeking a Lead Advent Geneva Developer to drive the development, configuration, and support of Advent Geneva solutions within an investment management environment, ensuring seamless integration across trading and portfolio systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, configuration, and customization of Advent Geneva RSL/RDL solutions
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Advent Geneva applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align system capabilities with business needs in the investment management space
• Ensure accurate implementation of accounting, portfolio management, and trade lifecycle processes within the platform
• Develop and maintain SQL scripts and queries to support system functionality
• Manage integrations between Advent Geneva and upstream/downstream systems
• Guide junior developers and provide technical direction on Advent Geneva projects
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for system enhancements

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with SS&C Advent Geneva, including RSL/RDL development, configuration, customization, and support
• Experience working within an asset management or investment management environment
• Understanding of accounting, portfolio management, and trade lifecycle concepts
• Skills in SQL and scripting, with familiarity with integrations across upstream/downstream systems
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
